Get Ripped With This Bodybuilding Workout

Not all workouts are created equal. This is especially true when it comes to getting ripped. With that said, here is a bodybuilding workout you can follow if you want to get a ripped physique.

High Intensity Cardio
This bodybuilding workout involves doing high intensity cardio 4-5 days per week. You don’t need to do any specific cardio exercises, but whatever exercise you do, make sure you use full intensity for 5-10 minutes. That might not seem like much, but when you’re using full intensity, you will burn a lot of calories, regardless of the exercise you do.

Light Weight And High Reps
In order to burn more calories and fat, which helps you get a ripped physique, you will want to train with light weight and do high reps. It’s up to you if you do your weights before or after your cardio. The goal is to use enough weight for you to do at least 15-20 reps per set, but you do want to struggle a little bit to get to that repetition range. Stick with light weight and high reps for all exercises you do, regardless of the muscles you are training. Also, do this 4-5 days per week.

Push-ups In Between Sets
When you train with weights, you will perform push-ups in between sets of whatever exercise you are doing. You’ll do this throughout your entire workout. For example, if it’s chest day and you plan on doing four exercises, then make sure you do push-ups in between each set of those four exercises. After doing your push-ups, then move onto the next set and keep doing this until your chest workout has been completed.

The number of push-ups you do is not relevant. If you have to, get on all fours and do push-ups that way. Furthermore, you’ll be doing this for every single weight workout and not just for a specific one.

In short, the workout routine involves:

. 5-10 minutes of intense cardio 4-5 days per week
. Light weights/high reps 4-5 days per week
. Push-ups in between sets
. Follow for 8-12 weeks

After a few months of doing this workout, you should see some good results. The key is consistency, so it’s important to stick with a training strategy because if you don’t, then you won’t get good results.

Give the above bodybuilding workout a try and stick with it. You could end up getting extremely ripped.
